Description
The Retrieve Knowledge Node extracts information from knowledge databases in the NiCE CXone Knowledge Hub and provides this information to your AI Agents. For details, refer to the NiCE CXone documentation.
Restrictions
- The Retrieve Knowledge Node is supported only in Cognigy.AI installations that are integrated with NiCE CXone.
