### Create a User

### Headers

- **Accept**: Specifies media type expected in the response.
  - Available options: `application/json`, `application/hal+json`, `application/xml`, `text/xml`, `text/csv`. Default: `application/json`.

### Body

- **id**: string, required
- **name**: string, required
- **password**: string, required (Enter password in case of non-sso user)
- **roles**: enum<string>[] (e.g., `admin`, `apiKeys`, etc.)
