Removals and Deprecations

As of Cognigy.AI 2026.8.3, the ingress.ingresController feature flag controls whether to create Traefik middleware resources. For on-premises installations, refer to the Infrastructure section in the Cognigy.AI 2026.8.0 release notes.

Features
New AWS Bedrock LLMs
Introduced support for AWS Bedrock’samazon.nova-premier-v1:0 and amazon.nova-2-lite-v1:0 models. This improves performance by allowing requests to be routed within a region or worldwide.
New OpenAI and Microsoft Azure OpenAI LLM
Introduced support for the gpt-5.5 model from OpenAI and Microsoft Azure OpenAI. This model allows for higher-performance AI capabilities across different use cases.

- Increased the maximum number of success criteria in the Simulator from 5 to 10.
- Moved the Enable Mocking toggle outside of the Advanced section of the Start Simulation panel in the Simulator for more visibility.
- Added the
GET /management/v2.0/system/licenseandPOST /management/v2.0/system/licenseAPI methods to install and view licenses in the Management UI. These methods let you manage licenses in installations with single sign-on (SSO) without requiring individual user SSO credentials. - Added support for the Response API for OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and OpenAI-compatible models.
- Added audit events for user, tenant, and role sync between NiCE CXone and Cognigy.AI.

- Fixed the issue where conversations were incorrectly auto-resolved after a short period of no activity, even if a human agent had just updated the conversation, for example, by assigning it, changing the team, adding labels, or updating the priority.
- Fixed the issue where conversations were incorrectly auto-resolved when a new message was received due to a timing issue between checking for inactivity in the conversation and updating its status.
