Cognigy Live Agent is in maintenance mode. The product will continue to be maintained in the foreseeable future. Users can continue to fully rely on Live Agent being available. In future releases, only security updates and bug fixes will be provided; no new features will be released.

Removals in Cognigy.AI 2026.3.0:

The POST /v2.0/optionsresolver API for SaaS installations. If you use this method, update your setup to avoid disruptions.
Anthropic’s claude-3-opus and Amazon Bedrock’s amazon.titan-text-express-v1 models. Switch to the newer models to ensure your AI Agents run smoothly.

OAuth2.0 for AI Agent MCP Tools

Introduced OAuth 2.0 in the MCP tool for LLM Prompt and AI Agent Nodes. OAuth 2.0 provides more secure and robust authentication options.

Cognigy.AI Enhancements

Introduced enhancements in Cognigy.AI to improve AI Agent testing:

Simulator Dashboard – get a clear overview of your simulations at a glance.
Simulator Scheduler – plan and automate simulation runs for easier testing.
Mocking – simulate responses to speed up development and testing.

Improvements

Added OAuth2 Client Credentials to the Authentication Type section in the Send SMTP Email Node, providing a more robust and simpler option for sending emails.
Removed beta from the Train Flows feature.
Added visual highlighting for the currently selected option in the simulation transcript. This applies to buttons and list items, making it easier to see which option is active during testing.
Added full support for handover escalations via the Question Node. Handover providers from the Handover Provider settings can now be configured in the Escalation – Intents or Escalation – Wrong Answers sections.
Increased the Knowledge Source tags limit from 10 to 50 per Knowledge Source.
Improved Cognigy.AI API by returning the version key in GET v2.0/knowledgestores/{knowledgeStoreId}/descriptors.

New STT and TTS Provider: Speechmatics

Introduced Speechmatics for both STT and text-to-speech (TTS), making voice interactions more flexible and accurate.

ElevenLabs as STT Provider

ElevenLabs is now available as an STT provider, giving you even more choice for your AI voice applications. Also, ElevenLabs is supported by the Voice Preview feature in Cognigy.AI.

Fixed the issue where geolocation data was collected despite maskAnalytics being enabled. Now, IP addresses and geolocation are excluded.
Fixed the issue where timeline queries in Insights reports were using an incorrect time zone.
