As of Cognigy.AI 2026.8.3, the ingress.ingresController feature flag controls whether to create Traefik middleware resources. For on-premises installations, refer to the Infrastructure section in the Cognigy.AI 2026.8.0 release notes.

As of Cognigy.AI 2026.9.0, the Set State and Reset State Nodes are deprecated and will be removed from the Node Selector in Cognigy.AI 2026.16.0. This deprecation doesn’t affect runtime behavior. After the removal, existing Flows containing this Node will remain fully supported and continue to run as expected. As an alternative, you can use Intent Conditions for controlling Intent recognition.

Introduced the Cognigy MCP Server, connecting MCP clients like Claude, Codex, Cursor, and VS Code to the Cognigy.AI REST API. The server enables creation, testing, and iterative improvement of LLM-based AI Agents through a self-improvement loop.

Features

Cognigy Serverless

Introduced Cognigy Serverless, providing fully isolated execution environments per organization for running Extensions, improving security, stability, and performance through automatic scaling and inactivity-based shutdown. Untrusted Extensions now run with full functional parity to trusted Extensions. To ensure compatibility with the new execution environment, review the Extensions documentation.

New Google GenAI LLMs

Introduced Google GenAI as a new LLM provider, adding support for the Gemini 3 model family: gemini-3.1-pro-preview, gemini-3-flash-preview, and gemini-3.1-flash-lite-preview. This feature enables more flexible, high-performance AI capabilities across different use cases.

NiCE CXone (Non-Integrated) Handover Provider

Introduced the NiCE CXone (Non-Integrated) handover provider, enabling handover to human agents in a NiCE CXone contact center without requiring a platform-level integration between Cognigy.AI and NiCE CXone.

Send Status to CXone Copilot Node

Introduced the Send Status to CXone Copilot Node, allowing Flows to send success or failure status to NiCE CXone Copilot for Agents so human agents can see the result in the CXone Agent Workspace. This feature is only available for Cognigy.AI installations integrated with the NiCE CXone environment.

The new setup supports rollout percentage control and per-organization exclusions via values.yaml. For more information, read the Data Redaction article.
