Due to the sunset of [Google Conversational Actions](https://developers.google.com/assistant/ca-sunset) on June 13, 2023, the Google Actions Endpoint is deprecated. The full removal of the Endpoint is planned for a near-future Cognigy.AI release. After removal, the Endpoint will no longer be available.

We developed a [version compatibility matrix](https://docs.cognigy.com/release-notes/4.57#infrastructure) for the Cognigy products. This matrix outlines the compatibility of Cognigy product versions with Cognigy infrastructure components, such as Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Improved reporting. Now Insights provides all data in a CSV report instead of limited dashboard values

#### Bug Fixes

- Fixed the issue where data from the Input Transformer wasn’t shown in the Transcript Explorer of Insights
- Fixed the issue where LiveAgent Escalations OData feed returns an error in Excel
- Fixed the issue where data could be lost under high-load conditions due to message acknowledgment occurring before saving into the database
- Fixed the issue where the RabbitMQ channel connection gets broken

- Added the [Outbound Call Routing](https://docs.cognigy.com/voice-gateway/webapp/outbound-call-routing) feature that allows you to select a carrier (SIP trunk) for outbound calls and configure specific rules for call routing

#### Bug Fixes

- Fix the issue with broken cached audio files after enabling TTS trimming
- Fixed the issue with the special character `*` that causes the barge-in to be always enabled
