Cognigy has ended support for OpenSSL version 1, as it has reached its end of life. This change results from our recent upgrade to Node.js version 18, which no longer supports OpenSSL version 1.
Due to the sunset of Twilio Autopilot on August 25, 2023, the Twilio Autopilot Endpoint is deprecated. The full removal of the Endpoint is planned for a Cognigy.AI release in the near future. After removal, the Endpoint will no longer be available.
As of Cognigy.AI 4.60.0, the old NLP services are deprecated. We will only provide bug fixes for the old NLP services if they are critical. The full removal of the old NLP services is planned for Cognigy.AI 4.64.0. After this release, the old NLP services will no longer be available. - Add the Call Failover settings to the Voice Gateway Endpoint to enable call transfers in case of Flow runtime errors
Improvements
- Added the toggle to the Mute Speech Input Node to control whether a DTMF input collection is muted or not
- Added the Transfer Refer Error and Transfer Dial Error call events to the Voice Gateway Endpoint. This enables the option to initiate a new outgoing call or refer to the current call in case of a previous transfer error

- Fixed the issue where the LLM test setting did not work when updating the connection with the correct API key
- Fixed the issue where the fields in the Nodes were not translated
- Fixed the issue where clicking on the SEO output adaptive card body opens a blank tab
- Fixed the issue where extensions having Nodes with the Image preview type could not be uploaded
- Fixed the issue where some Snapshots were failing to upload to NFS on the clusters deployed in the AWS environment
