Due to the sunset of the text-davinci-003 model by OpenAI on January 4, 2024, this model will no longer be available in Cognigy.AI.

Starting with Cognigy.AI release 4.68.0, Weaviate v1.19.0 will no longer be supported. If you have a Cognigy on-premises installation and are utilizing the Knowledge AI features, upgrade Weaviate to v1.22.5. For a smooth upgrade, refer to the guide.

As of Cognigy.AI 4.65.0, the Single Replica Redis setup is deprecated and replaced with Redis in High Availability (HA) Mode. For on-premises installations, before upgrading to Cognigy.AI 4.65, ensure that you migrate according to the Redis: Single Replica to Redis HA Migration.

Cognigy.AI + Insights

The jobSyncKnowledgeData is a new cron job that has been introduced to sync Knowledge AI data from MongoDB to Weaviate. This job is disabled by default and can be enabled on demand to allow for the restoration or repair of data in Weaviate. The job is applicable only when running on an environment where Knowledge AI is enabled.Repair Mode - enabling the cron job will sync the data from MongoDB to Weaviate during the configured schedule.

Restore Mode - the job can be configured to restore the data in Weaviate after a complete cleanup of Weaviate by adding the following JOB_ARGUMENTS configuration to the extraEnvVars variable in the values.yaml file.

Cognigy Voice Gateway

Updated the StatefulSet of feature-server and added NODE_OPTIONS to the environment variables. By default, the value is set to --max-old-space-size=450.
