The Messenger Platform (facebook-bot-messenger) module within a Code Node has been removed.
The removal of Any Slots is planned for Cognigy.AI 4.84.0. Instead, use the LLM Entity Extraction Node to identify Slots in the user input via LLMs.

If you are using the gpt-3.5-turbo-0301, gpt-3.5-turbo-0613 and gpt-3.5-turbo-16k-0613 model versions by OpenAI as custom models, note that these versions will be sunset on September 13, 2024. They will no longer be available in Cognigy.AI. We strongly recommend that you switch to newer models before this date. For detailed information on all LLM removals, refer to the Deprecations and Removals page.

As of Cognigy.AI 4.96.0, AudioCodes Nodes and Generic Voice Nodes are deprecated. Flows with these Nodes continue to work, and you can still edit and clone them as well as export them as a Package. However, you can’t create new ones in Cognigy.AI 4.96 or later.
The full removal of AudioCodes Nodes is planned for Q2 2026. After the removal, AI Agents using these Nodes will stop working properly. We strongly recommend migrating to Voice Gateway Nodes before the removal date.

Cognigy Voice Gateway

Added support for ElevenLabs’ new Turbo v2.5 model, which includes multilingual support (around 31 languages) with low latency
Added the capability to remove extra spaces when a phone number is entered with spaces within settings in the Voice Gateway Self-Service Portal
Added the capability to remove extra spaces when updating the Calling Webhook or Call Status Webhook fields on the Applications page in the Voice Gateway Self-Service Portal
Improved the setting for the Call Completed event within the Voice Gateway Endpoint. Now, when the Execute Flow action is selected in Call Event Action: Call Completed > Call Event Settings > Call Event Action and the Call Completed event is enabled, the input.data Input object in the executed Flow contains the last event data

Cognigy Webchat

Removed the Beta tag for Webchat v3. Now, Webchat v3 is the official stable version and available in the new GitHub Cognigy/Webchat repository.

Improved by displaying a Profile Image and Profile Name from the Live Agent’s Profile Settings in the Webchat v3 widget. If you are already using a name and avatar from the Webchat Layout section, the Profile Settings in Live Agent will take precedence
Updated Demo Webchat with the latest release of Webchat v3

Bug Fixes

Fixed the issue where accepting the Privacy Notice or rate a conversation in the Conversation Rating in the Webchat v3 widget caused a Flow to be executed

Cognigy Live Agent

Added the capability to filter conversations by Cognigy User ID
Improved the since and until parameters to support different date formats, with results now limited to a maximum of one year
