# Expert Mode for Transcript Explorer & more with Cognigy.AI v4.15

Cognigy.AI v4.15 now includes the ability to enable Expert Mode in the Transcript Explorer of [Cognigy Insights](/content/products/cognigy-insights/index.html). With this functionality, users can access additional information such as detected Slots and the classified Intent in addition to the actual transcript of conversations.

## Other new features & functions include:

**Cognigy Insights: Show data for all Snapshots**

This release adds a branch new filter option for Snapshots - customers will now be able to select "All" Snapshots in the global filters.

### More improvements:

- Improved by adding a Tourist Guide Template for NLU language Japanese.
- Improved by properly delivering Endpoint messages to socket clients if they are temporarily disconnected to improve stability in sub-optimal networks. Please note: The changes are only effective when configuring the “FEATURE_USE_SOCKETENDPOINT_EVENTBUFFER” flag.
- Update internal WebchatWidget to version v2.38.1
