Cognigy.AI v4.5: More Power for Cognigy Packages

Overview

Cognigy.AI v4.5 brings new features that extend Cognigy.AI's capabilities to handle export and import packages.

What's new with version 4.5:

With Cognigy packages, we have introduced the ability to export/import individual resources in order to move them between virtual agents. With this release, we have added the ability to select multiple resources when exporting a package. We have also added the ability to resolve conflicts and pick resolution strategies when importing those packages once again.

• Improved Intent training performance by featurizing sentences on a separate thread.
• Allowing the user to open URL in a new or existing browser tab in our WebchatWidget.
• Added support for new structured-content types for the Userlike Unified Messaging integration.
