Cognigy.AI v4.6 comes with better support for business users designing voice experiences: Voice Gateway message are now part of if Interaction Panel and give a better overview of conversation metadata.

Under the hood, we also changed caching of the core objects used while processing user inputs - this leads to a huge performance improvement of the platform.

## Other new features & functions include:

- Improved message styles in Webchat
- Updated integrated WebchatWidget and some WebchatWidget plugins to the lates version v2.30.1
- Removed auto-increment functionality for the switch- (lookup) and if-node in the Flow Editor
- Added an option to train Intents from the Flow list and Flow editor
- Improved the way how our nlp services cache certain data which will improve their memory pressure
