The latest release extends the Job Market offering with a new ready-made Health Insurance AI Agent, available natively in both English and German.

Cognigy's Job Market offers a collection of prebuilt AI Agents, each tailored for specific industries and roles, enabling enterprises to deploy AI-powered automation rapidly. These Agents come equipped with industry-specific skills and knowledge, facilitating swift integration into existing workflows and reducing time-to-value.

You can leverage the Job Market in two ways:

Hire a complete prebuilt Agent, including its persona, speaking style, agent-level knowledge, and safety instructions, then modify and customize it as needed.
Upskill existing Agents by integrating pre-configured Jobs from ready-made AI Agents while maintaining your business-specific persona and agent-level settings.

With Cognigy.AI v4.95, we have added a new Health Insurance AI Agent, available natively in English and German. This Agent can handle various tasks, such as answering FAQs, verifying customers, adjusting policies, ordering insurance cards, and managing claims.

Enhanced Communication When Sharing Projects

We've also made a small but valuable improvement to Project collaboration by adding the inviter’s name to the Project invitation email template. This increases transparency and streamlines team communication when sharing Projects.

Cognigy Voice Gateway

Improved WebSocket connections by implementing a retry mechanism to handle connection timeouts
Improved WebSocket connections by enabling the keepAlive setting, which keeps the connection active even during periods of inactivity. The keepAlive setting includes logging to help monitor and troubleshoot connection issues more easily
Improved sbc-inbound for handling late media calls. A dynamic Session Description Protocol (SDP) is now generated for inbound calls based on call direction and private IP addresses
Improved the sbc-rtpengine-sidecar component by adding two new metrics for better monitoring RTP stream errors:
- sbc_rtpengine_sidecar_decode_error— tracks errors during decoding of incoming RTP media streams
- sbc_rtpengine_sidecar_encode_error— tracks errors during encoding of outgoing RTP media streams
Improved the Recent Calls section in the Voice Gateway Self-Service Portal by adding a message at the top of the call recording, informing users that the recorded conversation may not fully reflect the actual call
Renamed the setting Perform a fallback transfer if the webhook connection fails to Perform a fallback transfer if the "Calling webhook" connection fails in Voice Gateway Self-Service Portal > Applications to clarify that the fallback applies specifically to the Calling webhook connection
