In this tutorial you will learn the essentials on how to create your first AI Agent with Cognigy.AI.

An AI agent is driven by a Large Language Model (LLM), similar to ChatGPT. Unlike intent- or rule-based systems, where conversational flows need to be designed, generative AI Agents can dynamically adapt to a conversation based on their persona and instructions. For more human-like and flexible interactions, generative AI is ideal, while intent- or rule-based conversational AI offers greater control over dialog and output. In Cognigy.AI, you can combine both approaches in a single hybrid application for maximum efficiency.

In this tutorial, we will create a Logistics AI Agent who can answer general questions and help you with your parcel. The creation is as easy as this:
