Two Levels of Certification
Graduates of the courses can pursue two tiers of certification, each designed for different levels of experience:
- Completion Certification: This entry-level credential confirms foundational understanding of Cognigy.AI. It’s ideal for new users or those completing the full Mastery track. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions.
- Master Builder Certification: A premium, expert-level certification that validates advanced implementation capability. This rigorous exam is available in three formats, including a full-day, in-person version and a remote-proctored alternative. Master Builder candidates complete scenario-based exercises covering topics such as voice deployment, xApps, knowledge grounding, and external data integration.
