Cognigy.AI v4.11 now includes the ability to apply custom themes to Cognigy Insights. Using this feature, the UI of Cognigy Insights can be styled according to individual requirements.
Other new features & functions include:
- Custom configuration for WebchatWidget
- Added a JSON field to Webchat Endpoint Editor to configure additional settings not available in the GUI
More improvements:
- Added tooltips to the items in the top toolbar
- Added the ability to sort the conversation list of Contact Profiles
- Refined the documentation of the extension tools
